Twin-Rail* offers unlimited hinge positions in the rail, making it perfect for new and replacement installations. Radius hinge compatibility enables fast and accurate installation of square hinge profiles with ” radius or ?” radius. Mounting options allow the template to be fixed with punches for extra speed (included) or #6 wood screws for maximum stability. The robust carry bag stores pre-built gauge sections to minimize assembly time. Lightweight anodized aluminum rails for strength, durability, precision and a smooth running surface. Adjustable edge guides fit 1″ to 2″ hinges with four positions present or custom widths (for non-standard hinges). The quick-release adjustable opening blocks feature Trends patented* tool-free thumb rotation locking mechanism for fast and accurate hinge positioning. The 1/8″ (3.0 mm) steel end plate allows the template to fit both the door and frame with minimal adjustment. The 1″ (25 mm) rail depth allows the template to be used against fixed door stops.
